Debbie Rowe In Custody Battle Against Michael Jackson’s Greedy Brothers

Debbie Rowe, who is the mother to two of the late and great Michael Jackson's children, is locked in a custody battle against the Prince of Pop's brothers, whom she describes as being "very greedy."

Singersroom reports that she's trying to gain full custody of all three of Michael's children despite the fact that their current guardians are the singer's 80-year old mother Katherine Jackson and his nephew T.J. Jackson. In Rowe's opinion, Katherine is way too old to be taking care of the teens and Jackson's other relatives, including his brothers, aren't around enough to help raise them either. Rowe also points out that apart from being younger and more physically able to keep an eye on the teenaged children, she's also financially capable of being able to provide for them, thanks to her highly successful horse breeding business.

Meanwhile, Michael's brothers Randy, Tito, Jackie, and Jermaine unsurprisingly lashed out at her for this by claiming that she took Michael's money and ran away from her children, says TMZ. This unleashed Rowe's snarkiness, as she shot back that not only are the other Jackson brothers greedy, but the only other Jackson with any talent was Janet. She also threw in a parting dig by adding that his relatives made "sponging off of MJ into an art form." Talk about fighting words!

KPopStarz also points out that according to Rowe, she didn't shirk her responsibilities to her children, either. Over the years, Michael reportedly called her practically every other day in order to get her advice on parenting.

Rowe is also not surprised at the attacks slung at her from Michael's brothers either; she knows that if she wins custody of the three teenagers, the Jackson family will loose out on the $50,000 a month child support check from the Prince of Pop's estate.

While it's obvious that Katherine Jackson loves her grandchildren, if she can't take care of them due to advanced age and doesn't receive any help from her relatives, perhaps it's better if the teens were living with Rowe. However, their relatives should also ask the teens who they'd prefer to live with, as it's cruel to create more upheaval in their lives after everything they've been through.
