The pattern of Jesse Matthew’s abductions, rapes and murders is going to come to light IF the media keep up the pressure.   But unfortunately ONLY if the media keeps pressure upon the law enforcement community.

In addition to Hannah Graham,  Matthew is already linked to two  other rapes (02′ and 05′) and two abductions and murders: Morgan Harrington (20) in 2009′, and Cassandra Morton (23), also in 2009.   We suspected he would be and outlined as such HERE.
That makes FIVE known victims – but we think there are at least SIX MORE

Not only do the victims have a pattern, but there’s a geographic pattern as well as a specific timing pattern.
Almost all of his victims coincide with College Terms: “Spring” and/or “Fall” semesters – but we don’t know if the police have connected that pattern yet.

~ “THE BACK TO SCHOOL KILLER” ~

There are two issues which might impede thorough investigation.    The first issue is that an arrest was made in one of the potential victims, 17-year old Alexis Murphy.
The second issue is the sheer political correctness leading up to the Hannah Graham abduction which created an environment of law enforcement paralysis.  It became impossible within Virginia for law enforcement to broadcast a black male suspect in multiple killings of young girls between 2009 and 2014.
We are going to tackle the first issue here.  We’ll highlight the second, broader issues, at a later date.   Please continue reading with an open mind, and understand there are obvious reasons the police and local politicians would have a vested interest in not pursuing this.
Obviously we have no real way to know if Alexis Murphy was indeed abducted by Jesse Matthew (I’ll present my case below for why I think it’s possible), however, just because the police might have arrested someone for her abduction and murder is, at least in this case, not a good reason not to check out the possibility.
The BACK STORY: Alexis Murphy, a senior at Nelson County High School, was last seen by family members on Aug. 3, 2013. Murphy’s cousin, Tiffany Murphy, told The Huffington Post that the teen had left her house to go back-to-school shopping in Lynchburg, but never made it.
Authorities with the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office obtained surveillance video from a Lovingston gas station that shows Alexis Murphy enter the station at about 7:15 that night. Randy Taylor also was allegedly spotted in the same video footage.
Three days later, police in Charlottesville found the missing girl’s white 2003 Nissan Maxima in a movie theater parking lot just outside of the Charlottesville city limits. The location is approximately 40 miles north of the gas station.
Nelson police allegedly have video footage of Taylor at an adult novelty store, that was taken the same day Murphy disappeared, but the timing on the video is unclear. The shop, police said, is just two miles from the movie theater where Alexis Murphy’s car was found.
Authorities ultimately searched Taylor’s Lovingston home, but whether they found anything related to the case remains unclear. The search warrant, as well as affidavits in the case, have been sealed. Hearings related to the case have also been closed under court order.
According to The Richmond Times-Dispatch, Taylor’s attorney, Michael Hallahan, acknowledged shortly after his client’s arrest that Alexis Murphy and a black male were at Taylor’s home the day she disappeared, but left together.  (more with 20 pictures at link)

We know Jesse Matthew was living in Charlottesville Virginia 2014 and was the last person to have been seen with Hannah Graham last month.  Charlottesville is the same location where Alexis Murphy’s car was located in 2013.
In addition we know Alexis Murphy was caught on CCTV camera at a Liberty Gas Station and Adjoining McDonalds the day of her disappearance.   The address of the location is 44 Callohill Drive, Lovingston VA 22949.  (Google Earth Link)

Interestingly the last recorded image of Alexis shows her walking past a “Burnt Orange” colored vehicle after her purchase.  (Important Note: You can see the keys and bag in her hand).

What makes this interesting is Jesse Matthew drove a car of exactly the same color.



However, there has been a considerable amount of debate as to whether the metallic image was actually a vehicle, or the CCTV camera catching a sign.
The police have said this is not a vehicle.  The police are saying the bronze image below Alexis is the awning of the McDonalds reflecting toward the camera.

I think that is an absolutely ABSURD claim.

Here’s where you have to remember the police have already arrested, and convicted someone, for her murder – even without her body.   So one could imply the police have no vested interest in looking at the possibility that Jesse Matthew is involved in her abduction and/or murder.
We are not bound by such compunctions.  We can just follow the evidence as it appears.
With the police statement in mind several people have mixed feelings about whether the “Burnt Orange” image she is captured walking behind is actually a car.  I BELIEVE IT IS.
What was initially challenging to resolve was the direction and positioning of the vehicle in relationship to Alexis travel having made her purchase.

From the looks of the FBI released imaging it looks like she is heading North.
If you view her as facing North, the awning *could* make more sense.   However, after several hours of multiple attempts to configure the exact captured image – I think I’ve finally found the problem that resolves the issues.
There are two images of Alexis released to the media.   One shows her in the convenience store, the second shows her *after* making the purchase and walking back to her car.  (shown below)


It took me a while to figure out what was going on; eventually, frustrated, I called the McDonalds in Lovingston Virginia and spoke to an employee – this conversation provided the “ah-ha” moment.
Many of the images being used to reference the entire construct of the locale were made prior to a remodel and upgrade to the facility.   During the remodel parking lot speed bumps were put into place, this is how you can identify the newer images.
In addition to the parking stops, the CCTV cameras were upgraded to digital and moved from their external locations, to internal locations.

Additionally, the image presented by the FBI, of the CCTV screenshot showing Alexis outside, is NOT from the convenient store, it’s from the McDonalds.

You can see the newer CCTV (after remodel) of the McDonalds identified above.

But that doesn’t make sense when you look at the direction of travel for Alexis.

Until you realize this is not a direct image.  This is a captured image, of an image, played on a TV screen of the CCTV system and therefore subsequently mirrored.
She was not walking North, she was walking South away from the convenience store (past the McDonalds).

So, OK well then it’s entirely possible now that Jesse Matthew was in Lovingston August 3rd of 2013.   It is also possible Jesse Matthew was at the Liberty Gas Station and McDonalds where Alexis Murphy stopped.
This brings us back to the map and the police who found her car in Charlottesville, and the statement of the arrested suspect about her leaving with an unnamed black male.

Was that Jesse Matthews?



I’m not sure, but there are a heck of a lot of coincidences to just ignore the possibility.
