Even if you’re not an Articulate user, I bet you’ve at least heard of the Articulate E-Learning Heroes Community. If not, you must be living under a rock! So, get out from underneath there and check it out!

As a contributing member and Super Hero of the Articulate E-Learning Heroes Community, I have written and spoken many times about how much I love this community. It has helped me find inspiration, new friends, clients and of course, helped me get my questions answered. I can’t image my eLearning career without it!

For anyone who is not an Articulate user (meaning an Articulate Storyline and/or Studio user), it’s easy to assume that the E-Learning Heroes Community is exclusive to Articulate customers. The truth is, it’s so much more than that. The community is a fantastic resource for ANY eLearning professional—Articulate user or not!

If you’re not an Articulate user, here are three reasons you should be visiting, contributing and using the Articulate E-Learning Heroes Community on a regular basis.

1. It’s 100% Free.

Yes, that’s right, I said it’s free! Not only can you visit the community whenever you want, you don’t have to be an Articulate user to take advantage of its resources.

In addition to accessing the community for free, there’s tons of free stuff available for download. Graphics, templates and e-books just to name a few. Most of the stuff available for download has nothing to do with Articulate Storyline or Studio. It’s free stuff you can use in any project, regardless of the tool you’re using.

2. It’s Not All About Articulate Products.

It’s easy to assume the E-Learning Heroes Community is all about Articulate Storyline and Studio, but that’s hardly the case. As I mentioned before, in addition to the free resources available for download, there’s also tons of general eLearning content.

The Articulate E-Learning Heroes Community is perhaps the best place to get your eLearning questions answered. Again, the discussion boards are not limited to Articulate products. Ask any eLearning question, and you’ll have a response (if not many responses) within a matter of minutes.
