He previously served as President of Automotive Media Partners, LLC (AMP) which was launched as a new start-up in April 2012. Marketing from January 2011 until the AMP launch in April 2012. Ralph focused on building out Tier10’s digital marketing, social advertising, social media, reputation management and related capabilities for achieving the goals of Tier10 Marketing clients.  He has designed and blueprinted the daily operating processes which deliver digital marketing, advertising and social media services to the car dealers and automotive groups which are Tier10 Marketing clients.  

Paglia has been instrumental in establishing strategic alliances with companies such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft Advertising, software suppliers, advertising networks and technology companies that Tier10 Marketing continues to leverage for delivering best in class digital marketing, advertising and social media. Team building and resource development has been an important part of Tier10’s growing digital marketing delivery capabilities, and Ralph was a key driver for hiring, training and empowering the Tier10 digital team’s resources and the tools they use.   

Prior to joining the Tier10 Marketing team, Ralph Paglia served as Director of Digital Marketing Solutions at ADP Dealer Services (now CDK Global), which is one the largest dealer solution providers in the world. Paglia’s responsibilities included leadership of ADP’s Digital Marketing Business Development strategies and product planning, while also serving as the primary digital marketing subject matter expert for ADP’s Manufacturer Solutions Group.  He led development of ADP’s Digital Advertising, OEM
