I was hesitant to be an investor in a hard money loan. Paul and Pouyan are very helpful and patient. They even helped me get answers from the borrow whenever I am in need of something. If this was my primary business, investing in hard money loans, PB Financial is my go to financial partner. So far we have done three loans around $1.5 million. I look forward to doing a few more as soon as we allocate some more funds to invest. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a trustworthy company to handle your financial investments.

Please find another hard money loan broker and save yourself a lot of money and time. PB FINANCIAL is NOT the company you want handling your loan. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Peymen.
